Zhuang Shihua, a veteran hepatobiliary surgeon and former president of the hospital affiliated to the Xinjiang Armed Police Corps, has been in the country's far west for over five decades. His team has successfully completed more than 140,000 minimally invasive hepatobiliary surgeries, and made seven breakthroughs that filled the domestic gap in the field. Apart from clinical practice, Zhuang has cultivated a large number of key personnel, and supported grassroots medical workers who have stood firm on the front lines of public health. Zhuang's medical expertise brought him many opportunities to make a fortune, but he turned down the offers and stayed in Xinjiang. Zhuang often visited patients in the pastoral areas of Tianshan Mountains. 。    　　太原8月21日电 (记者 范丽芳)在全面推进数智化建设的政策背景下，吕梁作为山西省第一工业大市，正试图在这场经济社会的变革中挖掘优势、抢占先机。　　“截至目前，我们已建成5G基站1.1万余座，总量全省第二，为产业数智化奠定坚实基础。”在中共山西省委宣传部、山西省人民政府新闻办公室21日举行的“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会上，吕梁市委常委、副市长闫林介绍，华为、科大讯飞、三六零等一批优质企业先后落地吕梁，产业发展生态圈持续完善。　　随着人工智能技术突飞猛进，一批国际领先大模型持续迭代，吕梁数智化转型迎来新的风口。

B | 面对这一机遇，吕梁从政策引导、项目落地、场景应用形成闭环。

C | 　　在政策端，一批针对性强的支持措施正在加紧出台。即将印发的吕梁市《加快Token经济发展的若干措施》《推动“人工智能+”三年行动计划(2026—2028年)》等，大力支持人工智能OPC创新、AI漫剧、Token经济、大模型开发和应用等新业态发展，推动数智经济与实体经济深度融合。　　在项目端，吕梁新城被赋予集聚数智产业的新使命。当地已经和多个国内头部企业对接，谋划打造一批在山西有影响力、有带动力的具身智能数据标注基地、AI漫剧创作基地、数智人才培育基地、数智成果转化基地，持续培育数智产业生态体系。　　在应用场景上，吕梁“以用促建、以建促产”，发挥、利用当地作为全省第一工业大市的产业优势、资源优势，用好海量的本土产业数据，持续拓展人工智能创新应用场景，加快煤炭、焦化、白酒、镁铝、钢铁等传统产业的数智化转型。　　2025年，吕梁在煤炭行业启动“AI+煤矿安全生产及监管”大模型建设，中国移动、中国联通、华为军团已在吕梁的3个试点煤矿部署83个煤矿场景专业AI模型。闫林表示，未来，会在更多行业领域培育形成可复制、可推广的垂直产业AI大模型，推动更多人工智能应用成果在吕梁落地。
